Oh man- I love Cafe Rio. I have been having Cafe Rio cravings for awhile now but am never in the area to fulfill them or when I am it seems like too much of a hassel to drag poor Slade out of the car to wait in a long line just for lunch.
The other day I was visiting the World Market over in Fort Union and I just had to go. There is not much I crave out there in the restaurant circuit, but from the day I was introduced to the stuff (thank you Wells Fargo!) I have been an addict!
I love the pork- I could roll in it (clothed of course), lounging for hours, slowly licking my fingers and savoring every moment (sorry Sarah, guess in the right circumstance I could totally be a finger-licker!). What is it that makes it so darn addictive? I cannot express my love for their pork. I love it, I could eat it everyday.
I totally and completely heart Cafe Rio.

The amazing part is that the pork is so good even I am tempted to be a finger-licker to get all of the yumminess! I totally agree with your obsession!
